Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 working days after payment confirmation (excluding holidays).

Delivery Time:

• United States: 6-12 working days
• International: 10-20 working days (actual delivery time may vary depending on destination and logistics)

Shipping Cost: Free shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum order required.

Duties & Taxes:

🌍We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, European Union, and Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia). Import duties and taxes are included in your order total — no additional charges upon delivery. 

Note: Due to changing customs regulations, in rare cases local authorities may impose additional charges. Buyers are responsible for any such unexpected fees.

🌐For all other countries, import duties and taxes are covered for most destinations. However, import duties or customs fees may still apply in some cases depending on local regulations. Buyers are responsible for any applicable charges.

 ⚠️Please note: Shipments to Brazil and other South American countries may be subject to significant import duties and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by JoyLadyBBD.

Order Tracking: After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number. You can check your package status at any time using the provided tracking information.
