Refund Policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us at support@joyladybbd.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that our return warehouse is located in China, and international return shipping costs may be significant. (estimated $30–$50 USD depending on package weight and destination) We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional charge.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
Exchanges To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please also allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Cancellation Policy Orders can be cancelled at any time before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted. To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@joyladybbd.com as soon as possible.
